Visibility Audit™

You may request a full refund before testing begins. Testing begins after payment, complete onboarding and the start of production, including locking the query universe or initiating AI visibility tests.

Once testing has begun, the audit fee is generally non-refundable because research and production capacity have been committed. We will provide an appropriate refund or remedy if we fail to deliver the purchased audit, the delivered service is materially different from the order, a duplicate or incorrect charge occurs, or applicable law requires it.

The target delivery is within 10 business days after payment and complete onboarding unless a different timeline is disclosed in writing.

Visibility Monitor™

Monitoring is a separate opt-in offered after the audit. Expressing interest during audit onboarding does not start a subscription. If purchased, you may cancel before the next renewal to prevent the next charge. Unless required by law, a billing period already started is not partially refunded and access continues through the end of that paid period. Duplicate or incorrect charges will be corrected.

Visibility Engine™ implementation

Implementation engagements are governed by their written scope and milestones. Fees for completed or approved milestones are non-refundable. If an engagement ends early, prepaid fees for work that has not started will be refunded, less any non-cancellable third-party costs disclosed and authorized in advance.

How to request a refund or cancellation

Email mybrand@thebrandingco.ca from the address used for the order and include the company name, website and reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider processing times apply after approval.

Consumer rights

This policy does not limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived, including rights that may apply when required online-purchase information or a written copy of the agreement is not provided. Contacting us first may help resolve an issue quickly and does not waive any legal or payment-card rights.
